To drive & execute Sub-regional / Country business plans to achieve regional SBU financial goals.

What we offer

  • Ensure consistency and synchronization of all SU plans in the country / sub-region towards customers and teams
  • Manage P&L Key tasks: Forecasting & planning of sales and resources requirements
  • Direct sales & management teams to achieve financial goals
  • Formulate sales & marketing plans and business models to drive growth Identifies new market segments and target customers
  • Manage revenues & cash flows and performance of functional heads Cross fertilize know-how with in and outside region
  • Develop key customers relationships

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Management / Engineeering
  • 10 years of  experience in general management, Sales & Marketing
  • Broad experience across all functions
  • Ability to lead large teams
  • Relevant experience in the adhesives industry, B2B or Distribuitors Model 
  • Advanced English
