YOUR ROLE

  • Provide strategic direction in key focus areas, programs & activities that drive growth and expand customer bas
  • Implement programs & activities that drive the market and expand customer base and volume
  • Provide input & implement innovation activities
  • Engage in active talent mgmt. and career development initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and synchronization of all SU plans in the country / sub-region towards customers and teams
  • Manage P&L Key tasks: Forecasting & planning of sales and resources requirements • Direct sales & management teams to achieve financial goals
  • Formulate sales & marketing plans and business models to drive growth Identifies new market segments and target customers
  • Manage revenues & cash flows and performance of functional heads Cross fertilize know-how with in and outside region • Develop key customers relationships

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in Engineeering
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Broad experience across all functions
  • Ability to lead large teams
  • Relevant experience in the adhesives industry, B2B or Distribuitors Model
  • Advanced English
