- Guarantee equity of the brands in charge, support the achievement of business KPs: NES and GP2.
- Monitor and control the proper execution of P&L.
- Implements Media Strategy and steers individual projects for all brands in scope
- Steers budget and KPI / competitive reporting (e.g. steers / builds Henkel owned systems)
- Negotiates, contracts and steers specific project related media
- Guarantee the equity of the brands in charge, the proper positioning of the sub-brands according to corporate policies.
- Align the price positioning of the brands, according to international guidelines, competitive environment and expected profitability.
- Lead, support and develop the local marketing team
- Assure the proper implementation of product launches
- Develop plans to increase the SoW and NCAs
- Align and coordinate the proper demand planning with supply chain for current products and launches
- BA/BS Degree in Business administration, economy, industrial engineering or related.
- +10 years of professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing areas or related.
- Market/trade-channels, industry & customers’ knowledge ATL media, digital and market research knowledge and agencies' management
- Desirable professional experience in Beauty companies or B2B.
