About this Position
Fully integrated, highly networked: As a Henkel Intern, you will gain practical experience and exposure to collaborate with industry experts for an international leader that defines the future of tomorrow’s market. Starting on your very first day, you will be integrated into your team, and you’d find out what it means to work as a full-fledged team member, through daily tasks that support the business and special projects that allow you to add value to your organization. Meanwhile you can rely on continuous support by members of the HR department and your mentor/ supervisor, who is an experienced member of your department. You can make use of this opportunity to utilize your talents, exhibit diversity and professionalism, and ultimately, make a difference.
What you´ll do
- Explore our exciting internship roles in Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain / Procurement, Marketing and Sales, Graphic Design, Project Management, Creatives and Communications, Quality Management and Continuous Improvement, Reporting and Analytics, Customer Service, Chemical Engineering, and IT!
- Initiate, implement, and collaborate on projects/initiatives that allow you to make a real impact and collaborate with diverse Henkel colleagues worldwide
- Leverage on countless learning opportunities, networking possibilities, and future-shaping career experiences
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student enrolled in College / University in a required Practicum Course; Can render at least three hundred (300) hours for internship
- Should be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Skills in SAP and Adobe Creative Cloud/ design software is highly preferred
- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; With research and project management skills, ability to analyze and present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
- Must be able to report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati on a 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule from Monday to Friday
