What you´ll do:

  • Supported IT budgeting, forecasting, and OPEX planning across multiple expense categories based on business requirements and historical trends.
  • Monitored OPEX forecasts, SAP postings, and performed variance analysis (planned vs. actual) to ensure budget accuracy and cost control.
  • Identified financial risks such as budget overruns, incorrect GL postings, and cost center misallocations.
  • Managed end-to-end procurement lifecycle including PR creation, approvals, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Coordinated with vendors, procurement teams, and engineers to ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services.
  • Maintained PR/PO trackers for accurate visibility and status monitoring.
  • Handled invoice lifecycle including invoice verification, GRN creation, SAP postings, and coordination with Accounts Payable for timely payments.
  • Ensured invoice accuracy in terms of pricing, tax compliance, documentation, and correct GL/cost center allocation.
  • Resolved vendor and stakeholder queries related to invoices, payments, and account status. Performed monthly GL reviews and supported resolution of accounting discrepancies with Finance and AP teams.
  • Prepared asset capitalization workings using CWIP data and coordinated SAP capitalization approvals and postings.
  • Maintained accurate asset records and ensured timely capitalization activities.
  • Managed AMC renewals and IT contract lifecycle including vendor comparison, L1 evaluation, and PO processing.
  • Maintained vendor contracts and NDAs in SharePoint with proper documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Monitored contract expiry timelines and initiated timely renewal actions.
  • Updated IT equipment catalog items in ServiceNow (SNOW) and ensured data accuracy.
  • Supported overall IT financial governance through structured reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

What makes you a good fit: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project support management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong teamwork skills, excellent written and Oral communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
